Payment taken but no ticket received, no response from Customer Service

I purchased a ticket on January 7th, 2026 via TicketOne.it and was charged via PayPal, but never received the ticket nor a confirmation email.I contacted TicketOne twice through their official contact form and received no reply at all, not even an acknowledgment. (despite their reply to my review, nothing happened)So far, I have paid for a ticket I do not have, with zero customer support. Very disappointing experience.

A month ago, I ordered a Napoli Fidelity Card. Contact with customer service has been extremely difficult. Despite paying 40 euros (!) for shipping, I still haven’t received the card or even a tracking number. For over a week now, TicketOne has not replied to my emails at all.At first, they claimed that the delivery address was incorrect. When it turned out that the address was actually correct, they simply stopped responding. This has been a very unpleasant experience. I’m disappointed and still waiting for any kind of reaction.

I bought 3 tickets with a 7 Euros insurance for an event. The event got cancelled, so they are refunding me only the tickets price without the insurance price.
