Review Time
An event was postponed 2 weeks ago. Aida at Tindari on 27 July. I bought 4 tickets. Our 2 guests could not make the revised date. I have tried for 2 weeks to get the refund of 60 euros. Today 10 August is the last date but the refund is still blocked. This is unacceptable.
Can’t complete registration to make a purchase. 3 of us have tried and it is basically impossible. Fields that require completion cannot be completed. Have been in touch with support who eventually (after previous steps) asked me to use another device. We’ve used various devices and the problem occurs every time. What a shambles of a website, for goodness sake sort it out!!
I would give it 0 stars if possible. I purchased 2 tickets for a John Legend concert in Naples Italy that was cancelled because John Legend never accepted the booking. It was impossibile to reach customer service and once I was finally able to contact them they said it was after the reimboursement date.
In November 2025 (6 months ago) I have paid for two tickets for an Arena Di Verona event Euros 160 and never received a paper or electronic ticket. The FAQ is not helpful and emails to Customer Service remain unanswered. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROVIDERUPDATETicketOne reply was not helpful. Their recommended contact with the vendor was already done days ago. The vendor declined to undertake services for TicketOne. The TicketOne telephone hotline also remains unattended. A contact number or email address to offer any help by TicketOne was not given. I CAN ONLY REITERATE NOT TO PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM TicketOne. FINALIZATIONThe tickets were not in my spam folder - they were never sent to me.The hold frustration could have been avoided had TicketOne reacted early to my various emails sent and contacted Arena di Verona immediately. Finally they got in contact with me directly explaining how the tickets could be downloaded from their website. Finally I got my tickets and go on the road to Verona just in time.
