Very happy with our timber sash windows. It was a complex project which involved quite a bit of work to get the quote right, you need to keep attention to the detail. it does help that they have a showroom to bring to life what you’re ordering. Installation was first class and quick, with a fast no qualms response to some small snagging. In the whole I’ve enjoyed working with timber windows, their pricing is competitive and I would recommend them for anyone looking for similar projects.
Timber front door looks great and the people who fitted it (Jason x2) were faultless. We had a minor issue with some of the furniture when the door was first fitted but Jack dealt with it professionally and resolved the issue quickly. Would use Timber Windows again and recommend them.
The process from start to finish was seamless and the professionalism of the installation team and the quality of the install exceeded my very high expectations. The finished product is beautiful and has made such a difference we are now looking to get a quote to replace the windows in the rest of the house.
Lovely windows, installed by a very professional team. Really pleased with our new windows, the team worked really hard over the week to install them, they were on time each day and nothing was too much trouble. Cleaned and tidied up on completion. Would use again and would definitely recommend.
Fabulous windows! We are delighted with our new windows. Timber Windows have been very helpful with providing information to enable us to get LBC to replace all our windows. The in-house fitting team of Charlie, Dave and Kaleb have been fantastic nothing was too much trouble and they were very considerate towards us as well as extremely tidy. The fitting of the windows is to a very high standard - we already notice a difference in the warmth of the house and reduction in noise levels from outside. Very happy customers.

Can I just say how utterly delighted I am with my new windows. They have far exceeded all expectations from a visual, functional and quality aspect. The attention to detail is incredible with grooved features and a perfect finish. I had looked at 3 other suppliers with different options, and I didn’t chose the cheapest, but I did want wood. I am so glad I held out for what I wanted. The style is perfect for my cottage and every single villager who has walked past has echoed these compliments.I also want to acknowledge the fantastic Lee who came to fit the windows with his colleague. Lee was early to arrive, and did not stop once until he finished the job, he was cheerful and friendly and worked hard to get the windows all in by lunchtime. Every scrap of evidence was taken away and he hoovered and cleaned to a point that the cottage was cleaner after his visit! I cannot thank you all enough.I would like to get my 2 remaining windows done when you have your January sale so please can you contact me nearer the time to get them booked in with Lee to install.
We had a new front door and associated glass panel installed by Timber Windows. We are delighted with the new door and are already noticing the benefits of the improved insultation. Everyone we dealt with at Timber Windows, from the initial visit to the Cheltenham showroom through all the stages to the final installation, was very personable and professional - making for a stress-free experience.
