The quality of the doors (and their locks) on display in the Cirencester showroom of Timber Windows convinced me that this was the company to supply my new door. From then on, the designer who called to discuss plans, the surveyor who came to measure up and finally the men who eventually fitted the door, all were so professional, but also so easy to deal with. The door was fitted expertly, all mess removed, old door taken away and now I have a beautiful, extremely safe new door. Thank you all so much and I would highly recommend this company.
Got a front and back door replaced by Timber Windows in Henley. They are on the more expensive end with their pricing, but to be fair, the lads that came round to fit both were absolutely quality. They were meticulous perfectionists when it came to ensuring that the fitting was spot on, spending a whole day on each of the doors, with about 3 of them there working the whole time. Not sure how long you normally expect people to take, but felt like we wouldn't have got a service like that if we'd gone with a cheaper optionThe doors are lovely, and stain glass option we took for the front door looks amazing
We tried many companies for a complete new front door with glazed side and top frame. We selected Timber Windows as they have such a wide range of options to make a quality, secure and bespoke door. The options can be involved, it took 8 iterations! The designer Andy was very helpful and it is critical you explore what works best for your situation. Their printed high quality brochures stimulated lots of ideas. Finally the order was made, deposit paid and production started We inspected the door at the warehouse prior to fitting which was very worthwhile and installation was a week later. Ryan is a super installer, calm and collected very skilledThe result is a door with much improved insulation, better acoustic and very smart appearance.
The French doors have completely transformed our Cotswold stone house and we hope to have all our windows replaced by Timber Windows very soon. I did a lot of research and these were the best by far. You get what you pay for! We wanted a very high quality, bespoke replacement front door set as near as we could get it to the style of the original and better - more insulation, greater weight and strength, better sealing and much better paint finish and durability. We had a quote and it wasn’t cheap but we got the door we wanted. We waited 6 weeks and paid in staged deposits and then on the day agreed the team came to fit it at the time appointed. It was done completely in 2 hours before a full brief on the door, it’s use, maintenance and care from the team lead. All we had to do then was pay the final payment and relax an enjoy the quality of what has been done!We would highly recommend this company.
