I purchased a colouring set for my great granddaughter and once it arrived, delayed but from China which I knew, I opened it to ensure all ok and noticed that the directions for use were in Chinese. I liked the set but asked Tiny Dreams for the English translation. Their response was there was no English instructions and in another reply to my inquiry, I was advised that to get my money refunded I had to post the goods directly back to China. This would have cost me more than the value of the product! To say I’m cross is an understatement and will never order from them again.
Very disappointed ! the astronaut balance game is so tiny , not how it looks in the picture ! the box was battered , whole item went in the bin . . The make your own jewelry box was also battered and split , also went in the bin , could never have given these as gifts ! Paid good money for absolute TAT so i will not be using your company again , thank you !
Terrible company. Took ages to send and then the company they use to deliver didn’t deliver to correct address twice. We found the first parcel up the road and it was so battered and didn’t work. They then sent another which didn’t arrive. The delivery company provided proof of delivery which was someone else’s post box and little dreams said as they have had proof of delivery it was up to us to track it down. Terrible service, never received the product that worked and didn’t receive money back. I will not be buying anything from this company again and suggest nobody else does either!
