Review Time
Bought the toy train - I ordered it in August for Xmas so it arrived in time fine. It was used one day and it broke! Absolutely rubbish - I emailed customer service and still have had no response a month later.
I cannot rate this company at all.
The order was late being delivered and then totally unusable. They are suggesting that, if you wish to return the goods then you must pay for it…. To China!
For a company named Tinydreams.uk they are blatantly misinforming the public and their only other contact address in is Austria… Bad Gastein! Do not touch them !
This platform is engaging in questionable practices! They ship items from a UK location, but if you wish to return them, they impose outrageous fees for returns to Austria, or they only offer a paltry 30% refund. AVOID THIS SERVICE!!!
Completely disappointing experience. The items I ordered took weeks to arrive, and when they finally did, they were damaged. The boxes were broken and squashed. One item has already broken. I've had better experiences with other platforms, where items arrived much faster. I recommend avoiding this service entirely or opting for other sites where you can find similar items at a lower price.
I purchased two items from this service and they were sent to the wrong address. The packaging was damaged, so I took photos and contacted the support team. Upon opening the boxes, I found both items were also damaged. I ended up discarding them out of frustration. Now I've received an email asking for pictures of the damaged items, but I've been informed they can't help with this issue. I strongly recommend avoiding this service at all costs; it's a complete waste of time.
I assumed this company was based in the UK and that my items would arrive in time for me to send them to my godchildren. However, I later found out that the company is actually located in Austria. I placed my order on December 4th and have yet to receive it. When I reached out to the company to file a complaint and cancel my order, their response was vague and unhelpful. I was told I could return the items at my own cost, even though the promised delivery timeframe of 7–15 business days has already passed. The company's inclusion of 'UK' in its name is misleading, as it is not a UK-based business, which has confused many customers, including myself.
I bought the colorful flying ball, but it arrived damaged during shipping. Perhaps better bubble wrap and stronger packaging would help. However, after reaching out to the support team, I received a sincere apology and a full refund within two days. I feel confident ordering from this company again in the future. Excellent customer service!
I purchased a grey elephant that was supposed to play music and have moving ears. However, when it finally arrived, the quality was extremely lacking, particularly the stitching. Had I seen it in a store, I would not have made the purchase. I strongly advise others against buying from this seller.
The Xmas toy was delivered severely damaged, making it impossible to give as a gift 🎁. I was offered a 15% refund, but it turned out to be credit, only applicable if I made another purchase over £25. I won't be buying from this seller again. Buyers should be cautious and read reviews.
