Item package was badly damaged and not presentable for a gift and they refused to replace unless I paid postage to send back.Also felt product was faulty and again customer services unhelpful and I ad to pay return postage if wanted to send back Wouldn't shop with them again.They offered a % refund but that dies not resolve the problem.
I am so beyond exasperated with this company - waiting for 3 weeks now for delivery, no updates on tracking- customer service merely issues repetitive platitudes. Now telling me to take it up with their couriers - yodel- even though my contract is with them, not yodel, who they have chosen to be their delivery agents.Really dreadful.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.I ordered the felt animals for my granddaughter as a present. The delivery was late and sent to the wrong address. The box was completely damaged and the quality of the contents was very poor. I did not realize that the company in China as their website said Tiny-dreams UK. So i couldn't send it back as the cost was too high and no refund offered. A 30% refund has been offered but the problem is I have no gift to offer my granddaughter as the quality is so bad, there is no box and the instructions are all in Chinese. Very disappointing.
Order No. #TDUK245364I recently purchased a "Car / City Adventure" from your website for my disabled 7 year old grandson to help develop his fine motor skills. There are 5 pictures in your advertisement. The first shows 2 children so it gives a sense of scale - the unit looks quite large. Thereafter, there are no children in the pictures so the buyer assumes the unit is the same size - it isn't! This is very MISLEADING. It is impossible to order the unit in the first picture.The packaging was DAMAGED. The cardboard box was crushed in places and the fixing screw at the base of the unit had come through the carton. See photos.We were very disappointed by the POOR QUALITY. It is made from cheap plastic which doesn't fit together well enough. The bridge is completely misaligned - so it won't operate properly.The controls are far too small and fiddly for children - even adults had difficulty and even for them the bridge was impossible!In short, this product is completely UNSUITABLE for our grandson - indeed, all children.In summary - your advertising is misleading, the packaging is flimsy, the quality of the product is very poor. The educational claims made on the packaging are exaggerated to say the least.
Granddaughter (aged nearly 2) absolutely loved it! (Panda blow-up un-knock-downable life sized buddy!!!) We had these when I was wee (50+ years ago - that was Huckleberry Hound and Yogi Bear for other ancients old enough to remember) and its lovely to see todays generation having the same fun we did with a proper toy.
