AWFUL.. I really have no other words for this company.I ordered a jigsaw vase and it turned up weeks later and its totally battered, the box is open, the bag it come in was like 1 ply loo paper, I am back and forth with them at the moment for a total refund, the latest is a £1.49 refund against the product !! lol honest you couldn't make it up. I won't give up so they might as well give me the refund as the goods are no good in this state as it was a present. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
Packaged arrived damaged and the toy inside was also damaged, requested a refund, they insist I have to send back to China at my cost despite UK consumer law stipulating damaged goods is on the seller, they are now ignoring my emails so having to get the bank involved to get my money back. Avoid....really isn't worth the hassle, pay a few ££ more and buy from a genuine UK store.
The book I bought is really lovely it is well made and will, I am sure, be enjoyed by both mother and baby for a long time. A great thing to read at bedtime with so many opportunities to interact whilst also learning. I am so pleased I bought it.
I wish I had read the reviews on here first. I ordered on the 20th September , my order arrived on 2nd of October , I thought it was never coming. When it arrived it was badly damaged and looked cheap. I emailed the company and they replied eventually offer a 10% discount on the damaged packaging as a gesture of good will ! I since emailed back saying this wasn’t acceptable and I wanted to return the goods for a refund, I’ve yet to get a reply. Reading other reviews I’ll not be getting that. The toys look absolutely cheap rubbish . I ordered because I thought it was a uk company but it’s not. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. Upon yet another email, I’ve been offered a 30% discount or I can return the goods to china ! The next step is contacting my bank to report a dispute with this company.
Pretending to be a UK company but actually Chinese cheap quality goods. Long delivery considering they are UK based and tracking information showed custom clearance and leaving airport details. Package arrived in terrible condition badly packaged only fit for the bin. Edit! Contacted and was offered 10% refund equivalent to just over £1. Refused asking for full refund or replacement of goods this time sent in secure packaging. Surprise surprise no response.
I should have read the reviews on Trust pilot before ordering. The reviews on the Tiny Dreams website are good so they must all be made up.I paid half price for the items that I ordered, but if I had paid the full price I would be extremely disappointed, as it is they are not worth the price I paid. I would be embarrassed to give these as presents. such a waste of money. Delivery took a long time too.
Quality of The Glow In The Dark mermaid sleeping bag is very poor. I can't give this as a gift. Ordered 2 Glow Drawing Boards, the box of one is bashed, again both are for gifts.. The Duck Racing Slide is in a small brown cardboard box (partially bashed) with diagrams on the side. Not sure if they are supposed to be assembly instructions. It just looks cheap, again can't give this as a gift. I wish I had checked Trustpilot first, instead of going with reviews on the company's website.
