As others have written. Complete scammers. Give the impression it’s a UK company. But it’s Chinese. Items are enlarged on website but much smaller when they arrive (after 2-3weeks) Despite item faulty they refuse to refund unless I pay for postage to China. Deal with these people and you will lose your money. Reported to bank now for assistance. Absolute con merchants. Don’t give them your money.Reply now from Carmel regarding trying to sort out the issue. I won’t hold my breath as previous buyers have been fobbed off or offered a tiny fraction of the cost back. This company is incorrectly named as i don't believe that it is a UK company as it clames. The product came damaged so was asked to replace which they did but that one came in the same condition as the first one despite been asked to improve on the packaging (not done)So asked for refund and had to go through PayPal was willing to return items at there cost as items were damaged however they accepted a return at my cost but the address was not in the uk and would cost what the same price as product. After this purchase I am unable to give a good review and would urge people to boycot tiny dreame uk that is based in another country. Please read other reviews of this company as most are negative.
The drawing mat is tiny, clearly not the mat shown in the image. Massively misleading. The glow fingers again are extremely misleading!!! On the image they are animals, where as the image when arriving are some weird robots!! It also took about 2 weeks to get here. Avoid at all costs
I would give this company 0 stars if it was an option… I ordered the cactus which has taken over 12 days to arrive… it is cheap Chinese tat! I have emailed the company see below but only received an automated response. I put an order in weeks ago then I get a tracking number saying it will be delivered on the 30th September I'm still waiting there is no customer contact number so can't talk to anyone. I won't be using these again and I doubt I will get my toy or a refund 🤔 they dont have a complaint process from what I can see.
Ordered Glow art drawing board special offer reduced from £49.90 to £24.95looked ok on the site,unfortunately after waiting near 14 days for delivery when parcel arrived the box it was in was damaged to such an extent that it couldn’t be given as a gift also the contents were of such poor quality certainly not worth the price I paid I wouldn’t havepaid £4.95 if I’d seen it first. Rejected the parcel only to be offered 10% off which I refused then said a full refund was needed,so offered 30% off or return for replacement.Having believed seller was Uk based only to find out that I had to return parcel to China with me paying cost so reluctantly accepted 30% off. Please be warned this item is not worth the money and I will never deal with this company again.
