DO NOT BUY FROM Very bad service.Ordered the talking and dancing cactus toy for my 7 month old. Advertised for babies/children. Arrived in just a bag with no protection. However, my main concern is that I do not think that it is acceptable for the music playlist to be dance/electro designed for adults in rave clubs with wording not designed for children. Additionally the first song that plays on this is the happy birthday song with the name bit as “my girlfriend”. The audio is awful, sounds like someone recorded from the radio. I asked for a refund, provided photos and videos of the toy and was told that this is what it is supposed to be and was not allowed a refund even though the website policy says otherwise. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE
Ordered a 'baby lounger', which arrived after a long order delay - wish I'd known it was coming from China and wish I'd read the reviews :(. The item is very shoddy - poorly made and definitely not new - covered in stains. I have requested a refund, but based on other reviews, I'm not hopeful. Buyer beware :(
Ordered tool kit. Waited weeks then Delivery photo shows package being held at my closed door. No parcel anywhere. Not interested, I’m going backwards and forwards between them and Evri. Nobody accepting responsibility! Really BAD customer service. Don’t order.
Facts about buying from this dodgy company:1. If you receive your products, it will take weeks ( and weeks).2. Zero customer service.3. Toys will be sent in a flimsy plastic bag so all the boxes inside get ruined/broken.4. Many FAKE 5 star reviews. Read through them. Made up names and 1 review each. The 1 star reviews are the true reviews.Prices appear good but the quality is poor. Buy elsewhere.
Wish I had checked this company out before purchasing - thankfully only spent a small amount with them. Asked for a delivery address change as thier login system automatically dispatched to a previous address. Was told by customer service that this was being looked into. Nothing else heard. A week later, item was still being processed. Bare in mind I was buying an item to improve baby's sleep. 6 days processing is 6 more nights of no sleep. Emailed to cancel the order as purchasing elsewhere was faster - told that they will look into this. 2 days later, item is dispatched to wrong address. Told that this can take 7 - 12 business days to deliver! To sum up, don't bother with this company. Fake customer service and a scam. Thankfully only spent £12, not worth my effort returning or chasing up where the item has been delivered to - if it actually has been delivered...
I was a little concerned after reading these. Negative reviews after ordering 3 baby loungers . I ordered on 29th July and they arrived today as stated upto 15 days so right on time I was also notified by email through each of the delivery process stages . I am very pleased with my items exactly as expected , good quality and were packaged excellently well . Thank you Tiny dreams I’m a very happy customer and would buy again :) 💯
