I ordered a tire on Tirendo.ch on 13 November, to be delivered to CH. The confirmation message indicated delivery date to be 21 November.The tracking info stated the tire was delivered to Laatzen/Rethen in Germany on 15 on November, which got me a bit worried on possible mistake in their system.On my daily inquires via email and contact form on their website the automated message was indicated delivery date to be 21 of November. No further tracking was available.I didn’t receive the tire until 27th of November, so I cancelled the order and requested a refund.As of 12 of December there is no any info on return/refund/delivery whatsoever.I send status inquiry daily. Until 22nd of November I get the automated reply: “Your order was received on November 13th, 2023.The warehouse received the order on November 13, 2023.The order was ready for shipment on November 14, 2023.The expected delivery date is November 21st, 2023”.Since then, I only get “Thank you for your message, we will process your request as quickly as possible.”So essentially, they took my money on November 13th and did nothing since then, and seems not to care to return the money. By all means that is a fraud and money stealing.Tirendo, ReifenDirect, Reifen.de (Tyres.net) all belong to Delticom AG, so the company is kind of owning most of the tire market. If you check profiles of those on the TrustPilot, you will find feedbacks similarly to mine.
