Is Tirendo scamming me?

Is Tirendo scamming me?I ordered 4 in-stock winter tyres from tirendo.ch on 09/11/2023. Here is what happened so far:1) Tirendo gave me 16/11/2023 as the estimated delivery date for the four tyres. 2) The tyres did not arrive on the 16th of last month, so, I sent Tirendo a request for a new estimate on 16/11/2023 through their website. 3) No response from Tirendo until 22/11/2023 prompted me to request a return as I was no longer hopeful the tyres would be delivered on time. By then, the tyres still had not left their warehouse.4) I received a (likely automated) mail from Tirendo asking me to decide if I really want to proceed with the return. I clicked yes.5) On 23/11/2023 I received a new automated mail of what looks like a return receipt that states that I will be refunded after the tyres have returned to Tirendo.Since then, nothing new happened. No correspondence from Tirendo. I sent followup requests through Tirendo's website asking Tirendo to not send me the tyres and just refund me the payment because the tyres have not left their warehouse. The tyres still have not left their warehouse as I have received no updates on delivery. To summarize, I ordered tyres from Tirendo over a month ago. The tyres did not leave their warehouse. I applied for a return/refund on the 22nd of November and I have not been refunded my payment.

Never again. Communication is impossible

I had used Tirendo.ch twice in the past and had a great experience with products delivered quickly and correctly. Unfortunately I ordered for a third time. With my previous experiences I even paid an extra 62 francs than the lowest price i found. My order was delivered in two deliveries. The first was correct however the second delivery was incorrect. I ordered tyres with a (Y) 300+ rating which is clearly seen in the order but however was delivered a tyre with a Y up to 300 rating. The order number is #51197352. After now three messages sent through there online messaging service. I have also sent multiple emails and yet have not received any replies from Tirendo.ch Very disappointing and if I do not hear from them I will have no choice to claim compensation through my Visa card.

Half of the orders are delayed and support is terrible

Half of the orders are delayed where tyres are not shipped and there is no update on the status. I’ve ordered with them 5 times and out of those, had trouble in three. Same applies to the rest of Delticom AG tyre companies. Will no longer order any more tyres through them nor recommend.

quick delivery, unresponsive customer service

Got product within a week. Customer service does not respond to email, got wrong tracking info (according to the link, the product ended in another country). While trying to contact customer service and figure out where the tires are, they arrived.
