Easy ordering and super fast delivery. Assembly was a snap. This Functional Trainer out performs the commercial grade units at LA Fitness. Smooth and precise motions. Well made of high quality materials and excellent engineering went into the manufacture of this product. I couldn't be more impressed and pleased!
UPS didn't ship part of my order. I made a quick phone call and left a message. I received a call back in less then 1 hour and the problem was taken care of and wasn't Titan fault it was UPS. Great customer service and great products .
I've been building a home gym over the past 3 years; I've come to check Titan Fitness first before making any purchases. They make quality equipment that is cost effective and absolutely gets the job done. Their customer service was efficient in resolving any issue that came up. No complaints, the only thing that may be viewed as negative is how they do not provide a paper copy of the manual/instructions for assembly... We evolve with the times!

Low prices. Sells what seems like a copy of a lot of products more expensive companies come up with. The quality of their equipment has improved significantly over the past 2 years. They run specials all the time on equipment so those that are patient can get some tremendous deals if they wait before buying. Shipping is super fast. I highly recommend them for some better than average equipment at a discount price.
Michelle Gerdynne at Titan support was very friendly, helpful, and gave great customer service. She listened to my situation and took charge as well as gave me confidence that my issue would get resolved by Titan support. That same day I received an email from Michelle at Titan with an update and a resolved issue! My gym equipment did arrive that afternoon as she said it should by the shipping company! This is my 4th Titan gym equipment that I have now purchased from Titan and so far have been very satisfied and super happy with everything, from the purchasing, shipping, packaging quality to the great customer service!
