Customer service was terrible I tried…

Customer service was terrible I tried to receive a refund right after paying for an item and they refused to refund me my money. I have spent over 4 grand with tight fitness and I can not believe the terrible customer service. Also the customer service reps do not speak English as their first language it's a huge communication gap. I asked received a call back from a manager they never called me back the customer service rep hung up on me refuse to give me her customer ID number. I will never purchase anything again from Titan fitness.

I placed a few orders on successive…

I placed a few orders on successive days, and had issues with FedEx delivery delays, damaged boxes, etc.Every time I contact Titan whether it was a direct order or from their Amazon storefront, they responded quickly and took care of my issue.The gear is great, and compared to other brands of similar quality - well, its a much better value. Which means more gear for the same price!
