more and more, this platform does not weed out rogue scamming lazy vendors, and because of this, they are attracted to this tokopedia. They dont punish them or remove them, just encourage them. they are delusional if they think it has a " 98 %" satisfaction rate. This is what protectionism does. It lowers standards
There is seller that is not conducting business properly, Tokped defend this type of seller, I buy expensive toothbrush, the seller sent the cheapest one and i bought 6 sent 6, and there was notes saying to settle it outside tokped, I dont want to follow the seller which has not good intention, overall, the refund is 19 days and tokped deduct my refund and Tokped do not take any action and the Tokped care action taking long and no solution at all, finally uninstall and forget it Tokped, I shall not reccomend to all of my friend
I ordered & paid for a phone then they contacted me & said the phone I ordered was out of stock so they tried to sell me a cheaper phone but for the same price !! The phone I ordered is still on the site for sale ! I also ordered some suitcase wheels rubbers & it said they were out for delivery with driver now the day before expected delivery I just went to check & it says they are out of stock even though days ago it stated they were out for delivery ! SCAMMER site stay away & don't waste your time !! They don't even deserve one star !
Tokopedia is a nightmare once anything goes wrong. At best, it’s a marketplace that works when you’re lucky enough to have everything go smoothly. But the moment you need help — whether it’s a refund, a complaint, or a case of non-delivery — Tokopedia turns into a black hole of incompetence.Complaining is like trying to find a needle in a haystack. The system is confusing, unresponsive, and deliberately obstructive. I am still waiting for a refund from a seller who refuses to issue one, and Tokopedia has been utterly useless in resolving the matter.They are happy to take their fees and promote themselves as a trusted platform, but when it comes to actual customer protection, Tokopedia vanishes. The so-called “support” feels more like a smokescreen — endless loops of meaningless steps that lead nowhere.A decent company is measured not by how well it works when things are fine, but by how it handles problems. On this front, Tokopedia is an absolute failure. I would not recommend this platform to anyone who values their money, time, or sanity.Avoid Tokopedia. They do not stand behind their customers, and they certainly don’t deserve your trust.
Pusat Resolusi admin suddenly change solutions without a valid reason despite Seller inability to provide proof deadline has passed. They change it while spouting baseless accusations that are untrue and I have been uploading multiple proof regarding the accusation even before it. It went from refund to forwarding funds to seller. Extremely disappointing and favors dishonest sellers more.
