Here s our story .. We were looking for a pool footing bed and we come across this site so we trusted and order and paid for one , Upon arrival we had it blown up only to see it going flat within minutes , immediately we contact Tokopedia o my to been given a ph number witch we haven t been able toGo trough or get an answer …we spoke to tokopedia and to this present day no one sim to care about us we paid 70$ for this lemon 🍋…. Please do not get sick in like we did everything n here is mostly fake …. This platform isn t anything but a rip off and although some had a good ending story many haven’t….. no Customers service whatsoever from Tokopedia I just want to WARN EVERYONE ABOUT THIS PLATFORM…..DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE WITHOUT CC SO YOU CAN HAVE YOUR BANK DISPUTE THE TRANSACTION…UNFORTUNATELY WE PAID CASH 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎

This site is a copyright crime par excellence. They make money from other people's designs and don't pay for them. Designs stolen from shops and produce themselves as shirts, cases, etc. But that's not how the world works. Anyone ordering here is a criminal himself!

WORST, NOT HELPING, NOT PUNCTUAL

The worst customer service, ever. I have been staying abroad for 3 years and never used my app since then. Unfortunately, my ID phone number has been inactive and I need to change to a new number. The thing is, I cant access my tokopedia account because they send the OTP to my old-dead-number. So, I tried to change the number, did what they told me to, even took a picture of myself and my ID Card (KTP), and it was rejected. They said the data werent match. OK. So I reached them through Twitter, DMed them, they replied very slow, they tried to call me but I didnt answer cz I was bathing my daughter that time. The next day WE BOTH AGREED to talk through call at 10.00 AM (Jakarta Time). I waited for their call, I kept DM-ing them through Twitter, they didnt respond! For 5 freaking hours. And suddenly come to me and said they have a long queue thats why they were late to do the call????????? Was it make sense? NO. I didnt ask to be prioritize but WHEN YOU SAY WILL CALL AT 10, YOU DO IT AT 10. Hilarious. I ended up not having my number changed, problem still here, NOT HELPING AT ALL. For Gods sake. They are terribly BAD.

They've stolen a design of mine. I have only uploaded my design on Redbubble and it somehow ended on Tokopedia WITHOUT MY PERMISSION. Spread the word.!! DO NOT BUY FROM TOKOPEDIA !!

Poor customer service with no phone numbers and no email. Many faked sellers that advertise a product that they don't have just to lure you in to their site.The order gets cancelled and no info from Tokopedia. The money just stuked .....

Tokopedia needs to do better

Tokopedia (as well as other similar platforms) has given Indonesians access to a whole new world of buying and selling opportunities. The transactions themselves usually work well, mainly driven by sellers wanting to collect good reviews. So far the good news... Bad news is that Tokopedia's customer service is terrible (useless bot-answers mostly), account verification sucks (totally relying on SMS which Telkomsel users can't receive) and there is no screening of product providers it seems (with at least half of all offerings being either re-sellers, inactive shops or duplications). While online shopping has immensely improved general quality of life in Indonesia, the platform providers have a lot to improve, Tokopedia in particular.

Be warned

We bought a gaming chair with fancy lights built into it. Did not work properly. When we reported the fault we were told that in order for them to take any responsibility we would have had to record on video when we opened the package. After 4 days Tokopedia paid to the seller and then claimed we did not provide proof of the faulty item within the four days allowed for complaints. When shown proof that we had indeed complained, sent pictures and video within the four day window they still refused responsibility. I will not write about the lies and complete lack of help that followed from their "customer service" but decided not to buy anything from this company again. Horrible service, lying and cheating seems to be their business plan. Be warned.

I have been using Tokopedia for more…than 8months

I have been using Tokopedia for more than 8 months. I have buy natural medicines, toys, things for the house, etc. Until now.My doctor recommend me to take Weianain capsules, chinse medicine. I look in Tokopedia and found the medicine. I bought in Herbalpedia that say they have in stock. wait for 2 weeks still on process. I contact the seller no answer, 2 more weeks I needed the medicine urgently because I was feeling worst. Seller didn't answer, I have to contact one more time, he say in 2 weeks. Still in process. Already a month. I check in another shop in Tokopedia, Sinar Cahaya Shop,this time I contact the seller to ask if he has in stock, he say you can order, I asked, you have on stock? He say you can order. I check and it say he hs 105 in stock so I buy. 2 weeks pass no answer still on process. Contact the seller he say in one week, 2 weeks later still on process. I want to cancel both orders because I bought the medicine in my hometown. They don't want to cancel the order. I contact Tokopedia they say they will check with the sellers. Then I receive a email saying that sellers (of course), they don't want to cancel so they cannot do anything. Clean their hands. Very bad service you cannot treat your customers in this way. Please don't trust Tkopedia and their sellers.
