CONTENT THIEVES I HAVE REPORTED COPY RIGHT INFRINGEMENT ON THEIR WEBSITE MANY TIMES YET THEY KEEP USING MY LOGO AND PUTTING IT ON PRODUCTS WITHOUT PERMISSION. THE WEBSITE NEEDS TO BE TAKEN DOWN IT'S A ABSOLUTE DISGRACE THEY MAKE MONEY BY STEALING CONTENT FROM REDBUBBLE SELLERS AND OTHER PRINT ON DEMAND T-SHIRT/PRODUCT SELLERS SCAMMERS. THEY DO NOTHING TO SELLERS LIKE THIS SELLER CALLED dessy11 ONE WHO LOVES STEALING CONTENT I HAVE TOLD THEM TO REMOVE CONTENT WITH MY NAME AND LOGO FROM THE SITE MANY TIMES BUT DO THEY LISTEN NO. THE PEOPLE GIVING THIS COMPANY FANTASTIC REVIEWS ARE ALL LIARS, THIEVES AND SCAMMERS 🤬🤬🤬 I HONESTLY WOULDN'T BE SURPRISED IF SOME OF THE GOOD REVIEWS WERE PAID FOR BECAUSE THIS COMPANY STAYS SCAMMING DO YOU KNOW HOW MANY TIMES I HAVE REPORTED INFRINGING MATERIAL TO THEM AND THEY HAVE TAKEN IT DOWN ONLY FOR ME TO SEE IT BACK ON THE WEBSITE DO YOU KNOW HOW MANY TIMES I HAVE HAD TO FILL OUT GOOGLE TAKE DOWN REQUEST BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT STOP SELLERS WHO HAVE STOLEN CONTENT FROM REDBUBBLE OR USED MY TRADEMARK EVEN THOUGH IT'S OBVIOUS IT'S MINE AND LOGO EVEN HAS MY NAME IN IT.
Poor customer service with no phone numbers and no email.Many faked sellers that advertise a product that they don't have just to lure you in to their site.The order gets cancelled and no info from Tokopedia.The money just stuked .....dot.belive it.+63 9696039142this number faked
I've been using the app for years now. I'm happy that I could see Tokopedia is growing better and better, to the right direction. But, as the company getting bigger, need to put more attention to the logistic partner.I had this fake delivery experience from one of the logistic partner a week ago. My package was never delivered. It was recorded I received the package in the middle of the night. No proof of delivery was uploaded on the system. Then a suspicious number contacted me asking for a photo of my garage. Then I asked Tokopedia Customer Service team for a help. I'm so grateful the issue was resolved. Customer Service team was so helpful. I really appreciate the support. Thank you, Tokopedia.
Was really unimpressed with this platform. I was trying to place an order and pay with credit card. Impossible! kept getting rejected. Eventually tried their bank deposit option. Cancelled! they make it so damn hard to give them a sale. I eventually gave up. My wife will need to buy her stuff locally. Very un happy.
To all foreigner before complaining or criticizing. Tokopedia is meant to be used by locals, just like another Indonesian marketplace like Bukalapak and Blibli, and another Southeast Asian marketplace like Shopee and Lazada, so you will not find any English options. For "scamming" there are almost none existence in my experience of using Tokopedia in past 4 years, just make sure to record when you unbox your package and tokopedia's customer service would either refund your money or arrange replacement with the seller. And of course you will not find any customer service number as we're more advanced, you can literally chat with customer service, just tap that menu smh. Our apps (any Indonesian unicorns and government made) are just integrated so much, it's ease the locals but I find sometimes it will difficult for foreigners, so just learn Bahasa Indonesia, prepare your passport ID, and learn our mechanism, if you can't just stick to your Ebay or Amazon.
Avoid this site at all costs. Absolute thieving scumbags who support thieving scumbags. There is a far more reputable online cart in Indonesia which is Singapore based and far safer to shop on. After being ripped off 4 million rupiah I no longer shop on Tokothievia.
Tokopedia is a great marketplace if and only if you buy from a GOOD SELLER OR BUYING FROM COMPANY. Why did I say this? Cause there's a lot of seller that want to scam you if you not look carefully.Now, let's go to the feature I like shall we? Ok, I'm gonna list it:- It has Location Pinning, basically you don't need to write your location manually, just leave the system use Google Maps, and you're done. (I haven't see other marketplace using this feature yet, or maybe I haven't see other for a while... IDK)- You can buy Gold, Antam to be specified- Toko Member, like it's name, you became a member of a store, and you get more discount coupon. If you ask what kind of coupon they give, it's Cashback.And that's all I can say, if the marketplace made or changing something, I will change this review too!
Tokopedia is not clear about deactivating the buyer's account at carelessly because it has reached the diamond level. Don't hold big events like WIB, if you don't have loyal customers as a goal, you just don't throw them away, Tokopedia will always looking for new users. Account is deactivated for no apparent reason, I have been loyal user for 5 years, it's better to move to shopee even though the application is worse but the CS and promos are still reasonable. Loyal users are given special rights such as bigger discounts than free shipping a lot with low minimal purchase as 10K IDR, when many transaction with free shipping detected then account is deactivated.I Will remove this review if Tokopedia give my account back and explain why my account deactivated
