I wrote an email them and attached photos, but they keep asking for an unboxing video and also keep emailing to them and call to them, but keep mentioned to me we will call you back. Then, finally, they said it was over 72 hours, and the case was automatically closed. Customer support representative Mr Bablu Modi rudely emailed.
