I purchased a motion sensor that was described as working both day and night, but after testing, I found that it only works at night. I reported this issue within 24 hours of purchase and sent multiple emails explaining that the product description was misleading. Despite my repeated requests to return the product due to false information, I have only been told to continue using it. I am requesting a return and refund based on the incorrect product description but they keep ignoring and saying us to use the product which has no use so I recommend not to buy from toolsvilla
Most un reliable website, even after one week not able to deliver for a fully paid product. ordered on 22nd, 23rd dispatched from Maharashtra, it is suppose to come to Bangalore, but the product is lying down in Surat, Gujarat on 29th. when checked on phone with Toolsvilla, she said its couriers problem, toolsvilla do not have hold. Bangalore is one of the most connected places in the country, its easy to come here rather than Gujarat, we should give - ratings One star also not eligible for this. Better to not order.
TOOLS VILLA is fraud B2C company with No support of return and refund. Better stay away , still want to burn your finger than do not enter with any high value product on their website. Their so called customer care even refused to acknowledged unpacking video reported to them. On 10 October 25 placed online order for knapsack spray machine. later delivery was done on 26 October 25. The vendor from Jaipur dispatched one unusual old plastic box against the Napture Knapsack spray machine. . The complaint to this effect has been lodged on their website under customer review as, well email and WhatsApp and phone call but to no avail. They even do not pick up the phone and after repeated attempts, one ill trained lady Momita, instead listening to the customer grievance claimed accessories are with box ( which was not the case) . Even that old useless plastic box was fake with no level of Naptune make and refused to give contact details of higher-ups to escalate the matter. But they refused outright. Now left cheated with loss of money and time.
I had one of the most frustrating experiences with Toolavilla. I purchased the INGCO 20V Lithium-Ion Cordless Air Blower from them, and the product turned out to be defective. Initially, I was told the issue was with the charger, so I spent extra money to buy a new one. Even then, the blower didn’t work, and the batteries also failed.When I raised a return request, Toolavilla flatly refused, leaving me stuck with a faulty product. I later got the product rechecked, only to find out that the new charger was also defective! This clearly shows poor quality checks and no accountability.To make matters worse, their customer service is completely unhelpful and dismissive. Instead of assisting with a genuine problem, they denied responsibility and refused to provide a resolution.I would strongly advise others to stay away from Toolavilla. They sell faulty products, refuse returns, and have zero regard for customer satisfaction. A complete waste of money and time!
I bought a Kalsi Hand Operated Juice Machine No. 9 With Rotating Handle for Orange, Mosambi for Rs 2495 from tools villa on 1/9/25. The product has multiple defects and has not met the promised quality standards. The issues I am facing are as follows:• The handle of the juicer slips when I try to rotate it.. The juicer leaks from the machine while preparing • Sweet lime rind gets stuck inside the machine, requiring me to dismantle the whole unit to remove it.• The vacuum cups at the base, meant to stabilize the unit, come off whenever I lift the machine.• The overall build quality is very poor. After compaining they shared me an instruction video for assembling the unit that video was not having any proper instructions even after informing the problems I am facing through call they were instructing me to make video of juicer and up load they were not responding to any of my concerns like even a lay man can understand like The vacuum cups at the base, meant to stabilize the unit, come off whenever I lift the machine.
A BIG BIG NO TO TOOLS VILLAi just now lost 13k even after seeing all these negative commentsProduct of imperium flour mill was forcibly sent to me as generic flour mill I had ordered was out of stock and as mine was prepaid order they said they will not refund but I have to select different order.GS11692618 was my order and the product is diff from the one shown in pic. Manufacturer calls me and says picture is only for reference and we dont send same. There is no QA/ISO symbol and moreover it is giving shocks..and on checking we got to know body has current presence. Now manufacturer says once it's been travelled wire might have come out somewhere get it repaired.I am 😭 for opting this toolsvilla..thinking go desi..I beg every one of you do not buy...this exists only to cheat people..please take careAm requesting to take the product back without even giving me refund..bcoz every sec I look at that machine ..I am going 😡
