Initial information were very clear. Booking and payment were easy and communication was amazing through the whole process. The day of the moving the guys were punctual and extremely efficient. Delivery London to Florence took just 72h. The price was also extremely competitive. We highly suggest TMS!
Very impressive service from TMS for a move from the UK to the Netherlands, very fast and efficient. James guided us through the whole process providing advice and support with customs forms. There is always someone available to answer questions. The teams at either end, loading and unloading were polite and helpful. All in all a very good experience with TMS.

We contacted Total Moving Solution when we decided to move to Denmark. And already from the beginning we received the most impressive level of service. The quote was more than fair priced and we decided to accept straight away. During the planning we had a lot of questions and we got them answered by Stuart straight away every time. We were advised that it might take a week and a half, but it took less than a week. The boxes and suitcases arrived unharmed and we were really pleased with that our things arrived so early. My husband and I give Total Moving Solutions our best recommendations and if we should look to move to a different country again, we will for sure book this company again.
James and the team are very professional. The quote was very competitive and the service was attentive. Our move was from UK to France during Dec/Jan 20/21 when brexit was completing. The pick up was professional and gave me confidence it was in good hands, it was then stored for a couple of months before all paperwork was completed and lorries could get across the channel. Although our stuff took longer to arrive because of this, it arrived safely. The paperwork to move because of brexit was horrendous and at times farcical but this was not James and the team’s fault.I appreciated James answering my calls even when he knew i was frustrated and keeping the whole process going.Thank you James for your great service :)
Why go anywhere else when you can use this perfect company. We dealt with Christian and he was extremely helpful, considerate, thoughtful but most of all he was always ready to answer questions and set our minds at rest. There may be cheaper companies out there but there will be no better ones. He telephoned us after the furniture arrived to check that we were happy and that everything was going well. Amazing experience from beginning to end! I wasn’t in the country for my items to be returned to me. TMS helped me through the whole process from collection from storage to a quick delivery In Amsterdam. Unfortunately my storage unit company forgot two pieces of furniture, so TMS was more than helpful In arranging the correction. Of the mistake from my storage and completing my items by agai. I used this company to move 2 sofas from Scotland to Ireland and I would totally recommend them Christian kept me informed and everything ran very smoothly the two guys who picked up the sofas from me in Scotland were brilliant they informed me of time of pick up and were very efficient .In Ireland 2 different guys dropped off the sofas and they did an amazing job
