We are really happy with the service provided, on a move from Glasgow to Madrid. From start to finish Christian was resolutive, always responding fast to all our queries in a professional and polite manner. Always finding the best solution.We would use Total Moving Solutions again if we have to move.
Very impressed with the service I received from TMS. Stuart looked after our international removal needs with a friendly, professional approach and was very attentive, patient and understanding with all my queries and inventory changes. Our phone conversations lessened my anxiety and I felt that the whole process was in very good hands. The delivery to France went smoothly and timely and was stress free and Stuart continued to contact me throughout the day to make sure everything was going well. I felt very well looked after. TMS will be my go to for all removals from now on and I’m more than happy to recommend to family, friends and colleagues.
We have recently relocated from U.K. to Romania. A very stressful big move that had to take into account Brexit rules and Covid! There are not enough words to describe the excellent service we received from this business. It is not just a business that offers proffesional level of service but you also deal with 'real'(engaged on a personal level) people that are always there when you need them. James is always happy to answer the phone /emails / messages and he goes that extra mile to understand your situation and adapt to your needs. We feel that we have also gained a friend on the other side of the phone. It is unlikely that you will get this kind of level of attention / care from a big firm. From the beginning James was very proffessional, attentive to you personal needs and flexible to the changes in our circumstancess. I researched many firms and got quotations to understand the industry / market and Total Moving Solutions Ltd came very reasonable on price and also, after discutions over the phone / emails / messages very transparent, approachable, happy to answer any questions, always available and keeping us updated. We made the best choice for leaving our household goods in the hands of a capable business that seemingly puts the needs of their client as a priority. The ease of contact, updates and approachability is, along professionalism, what sets this business appart from the others. Our long life time gained household goods were in the best hands! Awesome removal company, incredibly friendly service from Christian, and superb efficiency by Sean, Luke, Tom, Adrian and .. I'm so sorry, I forget the last name :-( Basically everyone :-)I was kept informed clearly and concisely, and the move from France to UK took just 48h. Packing was done well, and quickly, and boxes were deposited in exactly the right places in my new apartment.Sean, and especially Luke, were both great when my cat went missing, helping to find her :-)(I do still owe you a cake, though. It's on its way, rest assured ;-)) I would strongly recommend for international moves (and most likely national, but will be a good few years, hopefully, before I get a chance to test that. Thank you all, so much. You made my move almost stress-free (have you tried setting up internet, without a UK bank account? My advice is, don't :-D), and I have no hesitation recommending you to anyone that asks :-)

I cant recommend Total Moving Solutions and in particular Christian enough. He was an absolute joy to work with, and made the whole process incredibly smooth and actually a pleasure to do. The moving team were incredible. Its very stressful moving to and from abroad and Total Moving Solutions made it so much calmer and less stressful!
During our move from Scotland to Austria, we received a very professional service from TMS. The office team provided detailed guidance on the process and largely kept in contact, ensuring all went smoothly. The loading/offloading staff were very efficient on both sides and demonstrated the upmost care for our belongings. Would use again and would recommend their services.
Many thanks to Christian who supported all the way through the complications of a move from Europe back to the UK with all its post-Brexit bureaucracy. The service and friendly professionalism from Christian and James was second to none … nothing was to much trouble for them … accommodating my many questions and changing schedule . The man and large van arrived when they said he would and he met us at our new Spanish holiday home when he said he would . I had priced up the cost of doing it myself with me driving a one way van over there and the difference in cost was minimal, the difference in time and energy was enormous . Thankyou TMS… I would recommend TMS 100%.
