CAUTION
Before leaving my vehicle at the service center last Thursday, I ensured all my tools were in the back, especially my tool belt, to avoid any issues. They needed my vehicle overnight, and I received it back on Friday after 3pm. The following morning, I went to retrieve my Electricians side cutters from my tool belt, which were relatively new, and they were gone. Completely unacceptable.
I reported the issue, but all I received was denial. While I’m not accusing anyone of theft, I am certain that my side cutters were in my tool belt when I dropped off the vehicle, yet they were missing upon its return. These are undeniable facts.
Despite informing them that I had checked my tools prior to leaving my vehicle, they showed no concern regarding the missing items.
They refuse to compensate me for a new pair, even after earning $3000 from me on a job that was quoted at $2600. It seems they would rather lose a customer than address the situation.
Now, I have to purchase a new pair, fully aware of what transpired with my side cutters.
Is it necessary to empty every item from my vehicle before trusting a service provider?
Prior to this review, I reluctantly decided to use the service center again and instantly regretted it. The first time, I had to return due to a fuel leak they caused during a major service. Additionally, the fuel warning light indicated an issue, and instead of resolving it, they simply turned the light off. Days later, the light returned, prompting another visit. Recently, I went back to have the brakes fixed and fuel filter replaced. After receiving a call that my vehicle was ready, I inquired if the fuel light was off, and they assured me it was. However, upon arriving at my vehicle, the light was still illuminated, forcing me to wait another 15 to 20 minutes for them to reset it.
I have yet to have any work done without encountering issues afterward. I simply do not have the time to keep returning or waiting for them to correct their oversights. Why does this continue to occur every single time?
There are significant quality concerns with the 2025 Kruger roof liner sagging. The support team indicated that this is a common problem and refused to address it under warranty. It seems they have overlooked their previous market position and this issue should warrant a recall. I found the representatives to be quite frustrating.
My experience with the service team has been very disappointing. I visited multiple times for a leak issue, but even after a month, they failed to resolve it. They returned my vehicle with the same problem, showing a lack of responsibility and service that customers should expect.
I bought two new Hilux vehicles, and the clutch on one has failed after just a year and 23,000 km. Despite it being a serious issue, the company has denied my warranty claim, stating it’s not a manufacturing problem. I'm quite dissatisfied with how they have handled this situation.
I purchased a used Landcruiser with a steering wheel defect that shouldn't occur at this mileage. Despite maintaining the vehicle properly, the leather is deteriorating, affecting grip and safety. My warranty claim was denied due to the vehicle being previously owned, which raises concerns about their warranty policy.
