I've had the Trackimo for 3 years and on my last trip it proved its worth. My luggage was left in Paris while I went on to Bucharest. I was unable to contact either Air France or the handling company at the airport. The only way I knew that my suitcase had arrived was because of Trackimo. I finally got an email from Air France that it had arrived after I picked it up. The battery lasted for the full 4 days it took me to retrieve my suitcase.
As a customer staying in another country, it is only natural to have concerns and need reassurance when ordering a high-value product. Being a dog trainer in UAE, I have ordered multiple pet prodcuts over the years internationally. Never had such a pathetic experience dealing with a company. I have the entire chat downloaded, they are are extremely rude, hostile and passive aggressive when talking. A live chat agent called Mira in specific. They also asked me to pay shipping costs in 'advance' before checking the definite shipping rate and $25 for time and effort spent by their time in finding shipping rates for me. What kind of company is this?I will go out of my way to NOT recommend Trackimo Canada purely based on the way they treat customers virtually. I rather give me money to businesses who have the decency to talk politely, and proper payment policies in place.
I purchased the TrackimoPro formy business in Canada, Was told that they had 24/7 support. the device started malfunctioning within 24hrs I called the local store where I purchased it and was told to call customer service , I have send 4 emails in 2 days with no response. Horrible product and horrible customer service.

Terrible customer service. I returned the device unused shortly after I bought it, as I realized I would not likely need it. But because I activated it, I would get less of a refund, plus I had to pay for the return postage. When they received it they said because I didn’t send the cardboard it came in back that I would not get any refund and accused me of not including the charger. Absolute disgrace. Avoid at all costs.
