Absolutely disgrace , I ordered a red coat when it arrived it was nothing like the picture at all. Cheap fabric , completely different style , it cost me £35.95 Just taken it to PO and it’s £19.30 to return it !! Yes it’s CHINA , please be very very careful people , these sites are scams cheap nasty clothes.

Jacket arrived today. It looks nothing like the picture in the sales pitch. The fabric is cheap and nasty and the sizing is nothing like anything I've ever experienced. The wrist opening on the largest size 5XL would be tight on a teenager. Am going to try and send back but don't hold out much hope of getting a fraction of my money back. Though sold as "London" returns shipping is to a warehouse in China and charged to the unhappy customer. I WOULD AVOID THIS COMPANY

I wish I’d read the reviews before i ordered what I thought was a knitted garment . It’s a cheap , poor quality printed item . I’m not even sure I’m going to try and return it for a refund after reading the reviews on how difficult it is . I see it has to be returned to China even though it’s called Tracy London.
DO NOT USE THIS SHOP. The cardigan I received is just a printed thing, not the beautiful knitted item I paid for. I have tried to ring them, the phone number is false. The emails are not answered. It says on their website you can return all items but there is nowhere to return it to.
This is NOT a London based company as the website implies! The garment is of APPALLING quality and VERY cheap, despite the high prices. Images on website are completely misleading and the garment I ordered is NOTHING like the image. Absolute rip off! You can only return to China at your own cost. DO NOT BE FOOLED!!!

This company is based in china the product was of poor quality it is quite misleading advertised as Tracey London it has nothing to do with london looks like the website as been purposely put together to mislead When you finally receive you parcel about three weeks later if you wish to return they probably know you won’t pay to return to china they offer you 10% back to the original payment method and offer to plant a tree to save on co2 Emissions please don’t fall for this companies SCAM😡😡😡😡😡😡
