If I could select zero stars I would. The dress I ordered and the dress I received are completely different. I ordered a strappy dress and the dress I received had long sleeves. Dispite sending pictures over this company are still arguing that I received the correct order. They are offering me a 15% to keep the dress when I’ve clearly stated I do not want the item and want to return. They make it very difficult to return anything DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! I wish I’d have checked the reviews first as I’d of avoided this company at all costs!
I wouldn’t even give 1 star if I could. Do not buy from this firm, the products are shocking. You cannot return for a refund as they warehouse is based in China , they offer you 10% not to return product even though it is not financially viable to return Disgusting companyand should not be allowed to sell in the UKAvoid at all costsBeware you have been warned

I wouldn’t insult my friends!! It’s absolutely awful, Hideous absolute joke.
Come across this website. Found a dress, Gorgeous, Beautiful dress. Easy to order. 30 day returns, no problem. YES, PROBLEM. Dress came over 2 weeks later. Ordered khaki, recieved cream. It became obvious very quickly, that this is a knocked up dress, looked absolutely nothing like the picture on the website. Cheap, nasty material, and very badly made. Within an hour of the dress being delivered , I emailed 'customer services ' to ask about a returns label. What I got back was basically a load of drivel. How it is better for the environment, if I keep the dress and give it to friends or family, how they plant 3 trees for every unreturned item. If I wanted to go ahead with a refund, I would get 10% back. When I complained, they then offered 15%, £6 something or other. I told them No, and there a joke. I know, its my own fault, should of read the reviews, blah, blah, blah. In my defence, I was at work and rushed. PLEASE, PLEASE do not buy from this website.

Zero stars would be more accurate - I ordered on the 18th Jan- I checked trustpilot first and there were only positive reviews- Shoes still not here, tracking doesn't work- fobbed off by customer services and suddenly loads of bad reviews on trustpilot... I smell a rat!
I ordered a knit pullover just wanting something basic. Ended up liking it a lot more than planned. Soft from the first wear and it hasn’t lost its shape yet. Arrived in about a week and a half folded properly. No weird smell which I always notice.
