I had an incredibly frustrating experience with a courier. Rather than delivering my package to the correct address, they left it in one of their lockers. I couldn't retrieve it from there and was unable to reach the support team for assistance, despite calling five times and waiting over 15 minutes without a response. Ultimately, they returned the package to the sender!
This courier service is incredibly frustrating! They repeatedly fail to deliver on time. They claim to visit but then say no one was home. It’s maddening to have to hunt for your order in boxes despite providing the correct address. Additionally, they never answer the phone!
Absolutely the worst courier service! They are always late with deliveries! They falsely claim they couldn't find anyone at home. You end up searching for your order in boxes even after providing the correct delivery address! They never answer calls! Never!
THE ABSOLUTE WORST COURIER SERVICE I’VE EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE. DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THIS COURIER. I’VE BEEN WAITING FOR A PACKAGE FOR 8 DAYS AND THEY CONTINUALLY DELAY IT WITH RIDICULOUS EXCUSES. EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE.
The worst courier service imaginable! Whenever a package is assigned to them, I know it will be a hassle. Their automated assistant is useless. The actual customer service makes you wait endlessly only to hang up after you listen to music for ages. I've already informed the sender that this courier ruins the shopping experience. If you want to avoid stress, do not choose to send or receive anything through this courier.
I sent an envelope within the city that never reached its destination. After 3 weeks, they contacted me to return the envelope. They didn’t even reach out to the recipient or me to arrange delivery. This courier service is completely unacceptable and deserves no stars.
