Review Time
I’ve been using this platform for over two years. I left once before, when they discontinued their MT5 service for a period of time. As a loyal customer with more than two years of usage under my belt, I’ve now made the final decision to stop using TradeConnect for good.
For anyone who trades, the most fundamental function of a platform is to correctly execute the opening and closing of positions. Every single other feature is built entirely on this core foundation. And TradeConnect used to do this perfectly. That is, until December 2025.
That’s when it started failing to properly trigger stop-loss orders on my open positions. When I found out, I was furious, closed the positions manually to limit further damage, and demanded an explanation from their team. After endless back-and-forth, this was their response:

These trades failed to close because our servers were being restarted at this time. This is highly uncommon and should be a one-off occurrence, I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

I was already deeply disappointed, but at least that incident didn’t cost me a massive loss. That all changed today. I opened an ETH short position at 1960 in my main account, with a stop-loss set at 1970. Once again, my copy trading account failed to close the positions correctly – and I mean again. To be precise, I split the entry into five separate orders. Three of them were closed as intended, but the remaining two were not closed until they were forcibly liquidated at the 2033 price level.
For all of this, I only have this to say: TradeConnect was genuinely a great, useful platform once. But no one who trades for a living wants to live in constant fear that their orders won’t execute when they need them most. Good luck to anyone still using it.
I've used more than 10 accounts for about 7 months continuously. There were only two instances where the accounts had connection issues. However, the support team promptly assisted, resolving everything on the same day. I am very satisfied with the service; it stands out as a leader in the industry. My order placement accuracy has remained high throughout these months, currently around 99.99~100%. It's significantly better than other service providers.
