My Extremely Disappointed with Service and Lack of Accountabilitydocumetns arrived completely water…

My documents arrived completely water damaged and were totally unusable. I had paid a decent amount for them, so I was very unimpressed by the lack of care. Despite reaching out multiple times, Translayte took no responsibility for the damage and refused to refund my order. The customer service response was dismissive and unhelpful. I expected much better for the price I paid.

Disaster

Disaster, Spammers with fake documents first. After that that Tayo tried to take over permission instead of the translator - WHAT isnt allowed to him to sign or certify as a sworn translator. There are only AI and bots there- no real translators. They are AI cloud spammers.
