Excellent service !I’m very satisfied with the translation work — it was accurate, professional, and delivered quickly. Communication was smooth and friendly throughout the process.I highly recommend this company and would definitely use their services again.
Excellent web site or ordering, quick and helpful customer service. Translation was generally good but not perfect and two basic errors had to be corrected but that was done quickly - you do need to check the translation with a native speaker IMO. Hard copy documents professionally printed, but were slow to arrive with the original order. Also hard copy documents sent without any document wallets to organise and protect so hard copies arrived looking a bit second hand even when replaced FOC which was kind of them, the replacement hard copies were bent at the corners and edges which is a shame because overall very good and would use again.
Delivery of translation was quick, but I paid extra for my order to be delivered physically, and am still waiting for this 1.5 week after approval of the translated documents. Their customer support seems of no help and keeps sending links to download the documents instead of providing any information on when I can expect physical delivery. Unreliable.
Again, another flawless service. From document submission for certified translation from Spanish to German, to receiving originals by courier, an excellent, rapid, professional interaction. I thank you, and naturally will use your company again when the opportunity exists.
