I requested translation of 2 birth certificates from English to German. I paid for Priority Service which has a delivey period of 24hrs. To my delight, they delivered within 12 hours which should have costed me more because that was for Urgent Service category. The product was excellent and I submitted to Stadesamt and it was accepted without any query. Highly recommended!
Miserable company! It started out well. Great responsive customer service. Then I receive a translation DELAYED with a misspelling of my last name. I contacted them, and they corrected it, but misspelled the street address. Then, they corrected that too. Next this was that the document was rejected by the government because apparently the translation was inadequate. And then the major waste of time started. They keep emailing me and calling and messaging. Avoid them!!!!
I needed a birth certificate translated from Spanish (Mexico) to English to be used for a passport application. Translayte was the clearest and easiest site to use from the beginning. Document was translated very quickly, with the ability to view and approve it before being complete. Very happy with how quick and easy the process was.
be aware that they use AI to do most of the work, but no quality check after. if there's no quality check, i might as well just use AI myself, why do i need to pay a service? some of the layout of the page is so bad too. have to do back and forth just to get it right
I ordered a priority translation of one page from English to Swiss German. They claimed they couldn’t find a certified translator yet, even though the delivery deadline has already passed. They offer this service and took my payment in advance. Worst experience ever! NEVER AGAIN!!!
Short story: After I corrected their flaws, I'm still waiting for the final document. I may need 2 weeks instead of the promised 2 days and quality translation.I ordered and pre-paid the translation 29/7. Standard, estimated delivery 31/7. Before midnight 31/7 came a link to a halv-blurred translation draft. The nature of the faults is common for an unattended robot translation. Are they using OCR and non-confidential AI despite pricing similar to human service?I sumarized the faults 1/8 and not before 4/8 I received the same output with the same errors. Whoa!I annotated the errors on their draft and since then they did not update it.If you decide to use this service, be ready to do the translation yourself and wait.
I needed a translated export certificate from Japanese to English to clear my car at customs. I emailed them on Sunday with my requirements and by late Monday morning, I received my translated document. Excellent Service
