Shipping charges

The translation is as perfect as ever. But I don't think you've been honest with the shipping charges. I was charged for two items (one by priority mail and one by DHL), but I actually received both translations together, in the same DHL. I felt cheated. If the two translations were to be sent together, why was I charged twice? It may seem like a small difference to you, but it can put customers off.Best wishes

Quick and Smooth Process
