They use machine DeepL for the translation! Do not waste your money! I paid more then a thousand pounds for the translation of 22 pages with a professional translator and received the translation made by the programme DeepL. The translation I made myself with this programme was exactly the same (just 3 words per page were different). I even sent them my translation to prove the point. They kept insisting that it was made by a real person. That is disgusting and completely insane. That translation cost me nothing and took like 1 minute. And they took 1 thousand pounds from me...
Wanted to translate two documents , the never got it right, charged me for one, when I asked for the second they said sorry you only payed for one. Ok I payed for the second, they said the sent it, asked how can I be getting both when the first one was shipped nefore they translated the second? They assured me that all was ok, and in the mail after 1 MONTH of waiting I recieved the same document translated twice.
They made so many errors on my translation. I had to tell them how to fix it. Seems like their translators cant actually speak french and use AI to translate which results to so many errors. Thy literally translated my date of birth incorrectly.
I had a very disappointing experience with this translation company. I sent them my documents for translation and apostille, and they mentioned process would take about 7 days. However, it has been nearly 40 days, and I still haven’t received my physical documents.The shipping tracking shows my papers moving between different countries with no clear delivery date, and because of these delays I missed an important appointment at my consulate. They also charge very high fees for such slow and unreliable service. There’s no guarantee that they will meet their own deadlines, and their communication is poor.I do not recommend this company — they are not trustworthy, and their service is far from professional.
I had two experiences: One was 100% done by AI and full of errors. They also started sending shipping emails before I approved the translation, that, according to them, the document wasn't going to be shipped before I approved it. This initial experience was far from ideal and I was very disappointed.However, they did accommodate my request to change the document (to be a newer version), this time around, it was a great translation with no errors.
I needed an Italian wedding certificate translating for the passport office. The first translation I received had multiple errors including names and dates and half of the document was missing. I have since then submitted at least 4 revisions as each time something is incorrect. Now it’s marked as all completed and there are still errors. How can this be sent to the passport office as an official translation when it’s quite clearly wrong. If I can see that of course they will too. Customer service are very polite but don’t actually seem to do anything useful that helps the situation. I’ve now been waiting for 3 days when I paid for 24 hour professional service.

Their translators are clearly incompetent and careless, and the whole system is unreliable.Instead of delivering quality work, they wasted my time, caused unnecessary stress, and showed zero respect for their client. I have full screenshots of their repeated mistakes that prove how terrible and dishonest this service is.Do yourself a favor: DO NOT TRUST this company. They are unreliable, unprofessional, and a total disgrace to the translation industry. I honestly believe this is nothing short of a scam.
