Just got back from renting a chalet in the Alps.We used Transpact.com to protect our rental deposit with the landlord whilst we were there.We left the chalet in top condition, as requested and required.But the landlord was used to keeping back some of deposit as extra spending money (local custom apparently) with no cause.Only because we had taken the precaution of protecting the deposit with Transpact.com did we get back every cent of our deposit.A vital service for deposits.
I've bought a couple of items using Transpact.com in the past.My latest purchase fell through at the last minute, when the buyer turned out to be dishonest by refusing to complete the Transpact.com initial process. After further detailed research on the web, I discovered that the seller was a repeat fraudulent seller with many duped buyers.Transpact.com saved my purchase money - as no bad seller or buyer (who will promise you whatever they want you to hear) will use this excellent process.I recommend it as a valuable tool to protect your money.
DONT USE TRANSPACT.COMpaid from my bank accound, I have long name, because of that they have my surname and my othername only have 2 letters. now Transpact acting very smart and charging me £5 for refunding my money.I have sent all the proof and trustpilot verified all the documents. Please people don't use this company. They are not simple as you think.
We have just completed using Transpact for an escrow agreement. It ended up going to arbitration, which showed that neither party had properly consider all the possibilities and worded the agreement appropriately - be warned.
