My partner and I just want to thank the entire team at travel evija again. This is my second approved schengen visa application, and of course it wouldn't have happened without the help of travel evija. What I did was I reached out to Ms. Ivy that I wanted to travel to Europe for the 2nd time. And she helped me with the requirements I needed to comply with, I didn't have to do anything else but wait for my papers the day before my application. My papers arrived complete and will be forwarded to VFS the next day, And after 7 working days my visa was approved, thank you very much travel evija, especially Ms. Ivy, they are very hands on and easy to talk to. To all those who want to apply for a schengen visa to travel to Europe, don't be shy to reach out to travel evija. I just want to leave my review of frustration and dissatisfaction here.
We initially booked for a consultation for Friday 8pm, but they canceled as her daughter fell on the stairs and we had to reschedule, I agreed.
Fast forward, we booked for Today, Saturday at 8pm, and we both confirmed.
7:47 I received a message from Ivy informing that we will start at 8:20, she just messaged informing she is running late without even a single apology, I still confirmed and just informed that I am out of the city but will join using my mobile. No expectations if the call will be through messenger or zoom, or google meet, no calendar invite either.
8:24, still no call, no expectations, so I messaged to cancel as I waited and had to postpone my time to drive and she then responded informing that yes they will just cancel because my internet is not stable, I never mentioned it.
Then she's telling me that she didn't appreciate this kind of "attitude" hello? In the first place, you all wasted my time and I canceled politely, I even said, we will cancel, please.
The conversation escalated.
In the first place, I wasn't the one who canceled and I wasn't the one without comprehension.
If this is how you treat your clients, then do better.
Such a waste of time.

Ivy and her team made a complex process much easier to handle! They posses detailed knowledge of the various visa and immigration procedures; which really helped and gave my boyfriend and I confidence in the process; which was granted by success at the end 🙏 I particularly enjoyed the responsiveness of Ivy's team, Ivy's deep knowledge of the procedures, and therefore highly recommend her services!
