They are a a shocking bunch. I used them because I thought they were associated with an airline. They weren't. For the pound they charged me for, they couldnt even provide me with the boarding passes I required. Then they tried to charge me £72 for a membership i never signed up for. They are scammers. You would be sensible to avoid them
This company is part of a group which appears to be based in Cyprus and goes under the name of Eudialyte Limited. Also includes MyTripOnline and Flycheckin. They all charge in exactly the same way. I had the same problem with MyTrip Online and although I managed to claw a 50% refund out of them, and they agreed to cancel further subscriptions, they have just tried, 3 months later, to extract £79 from my credit card, using the Travibly name instead. Fortunately, Barclaycard fraud team were on the ball and stopped the transaction. They are very crafty in that they rely on people using their services, as we did, when they are distracted by tight schedules, busy airports etc. They offer what appears to be a cheap useful service, but if you don't read the ENTIRE small print, you'll easily miss the subscription catch. They are also crafty in that they only give you 3 days to cancel the subscription before they take your money, which means you may still be travelling and not notice the charge, or be able to challenge it easily before you get home. Credit card companies and consumer organisations warn of this type of company, which, although not illegal, definitely sail close to the wind. Please be careful.
