Tried to get fast track security at Gatwick on friday. It said cannot complete as less than 6 hours until departure. Then I see my Monzo was charged despite this when I’d landed. Then I also see that my card was charged 79 pounds today… upon enquiring with ‘Chelsea’ she refuses to refund the 6 pounds despite me not using fastrack due to them saying I could not on their website when booking. And that I had subscribed to annual fasttrack… when I did no such thing. My bank card was cancelled by the bank for fraud. This site is a total fradulent scam. Avoid at all costs.
Scam. Inertia selling. To agree to terms and conditions for the purchase of fast trick tickets, you're ticking a box which - I've subsequently discovered - signs you up for a £69pcm subscription, which Travibly claims you have - in defiance of the UK's 14 day cooling off period - only three days to cancel. Upon persuing them, they canceled and offered a 20% refund on the £69 as, and I quote, 'their commitment to customer satisfaction'.
