⚠️ AVOID THIS SERVICE. If I could rate them lower, I would. My partner has had to repair his bike nearly every couple of months due to ongoing issues. It's so ridiculous that it’s almost amusing. Given the high price, it’s completely unacceptable to receive a bike that requires constant maintenance. If you want to risk missing appointments or being stranded on your way to work due to frequent breakdowns, then think twice about getting a bike from this company.

The bike itself is fantastic and matches the description. Initially, I rated it 3 stars due to a few minor issues: - The delivery was delayed, and I only learned about this when I reached out to the company via email. There was no tracking or proactive communication, which is odd in 2025. - The bike arrived partially assembled and without any setup instructions. This is a bit strange since it's leased through the company; at least a brief guide or an offer for free assembly at their workshop would have been appreciated. I managed to fix most things myself, but this isn’t beginner-friendly. Not very customer-oriented. UPDATE: I received a complimentary setup at their location, which initially included just the brakes, but they also checked and adjusted the entire bike after I mentioned my setup challenges. I appreciated this service and raised my rating to 4 stars.
The cycle arrived in excellent condition and was easy to assemble. The basket holder was incorrectly mounted, but the support team provided instructional videos to help us fix it and even offered to repair it for free if we visited their stores. There were some delivery issues, but their support was very good.
The company is investing in quality designs. It's important to offer multiple models for various needs, such as battery positioning, locking features, reliable drive motors, and gear systems—all at an affordable price without compromising quality!
The purchasing and delivery process was smooth. I bought through the company for net salary deduction and tax benefits. Some of their bikes are priced slightly above market rates, but they had a promotion on the model I purchased, which was a great deal. I’m happy with the bike so far.
