I'm very disappointed in the way I was…

I'm very disappointed in the way I was dealt with, I booked to go to one of the parks in Tenerife and when I was told by a taxi driver it would take an hour and cost over 100 euros to get there an another 100 back I tried to cancel my booking. The company then tried to push me to go the park and kept suggesting to get the bus which was little under 4 hours, which is just crazy. They offered me no sort of refund or even a discount on my next booking so that was £70 down the drain, absolute joke, will not book through them again

Brilliant customer service

Surprise tours ?

We did a pleasant hike with you on Tenerife. Your guide was professional and told us many interesting things. Why am I then giving a bad review ? This is why. We bought a nature hike in the Masca valley. For some reasons you could not deliver that so instead you offered us a similar hike to the one we bought, hike in another gorge near the Masca. Instead however we got a totally different experience, including a hike through a banana plantation ending near Los Gigantes. Nice but not what we paid for. Just tell your customers what you are actually going to deliver and then you will get good reviews.

Disappointing excursion

We have been disappointed by the kayaking and snorkelling experience.We've seen few dolphins about 30- m50eters from the kayak and one turtle. We've been allowed to go snorkelling for only 5 minutes. It's was too short !There are probably some period during the day which are more convenient to see dolphins. That would be good to know. A couple was late and not physically ready for kayaking. We lost a lot of time and they should have been rejected from the beginning.
