Taxi booking issues from the airport

I booked a taxi from the airport yesterday, but every driver refused the ride due to the low fare of Rs. 450/-. I understand this can happen, but I was feeling unwell. After returning to the booking counter, they finally provided a cab. Most drivers were quite unprofessional.

Extremely disappointing service

The taxi service hires local subcontractors and claims there will be no language issues. However, the local drivers exploit the language barrier for extra money, and the service takes no action against them. They charge excessively and don’t register complaints.

Terrible service for an extended trip

We booked an 8-day trip and spent nearly Rs. 47,000 on the service. It was a terrible experience. The driver was unprofessional and made our journey uncomfortable, despite our reminders.
