This co is a rip off, Costco has the same thing for 1595.00.I made the mistake of not returning them within the 60 day refund because I thought it was me but soon realized it was the product and too late to return them. They are way over priced,CheckEbay they are a dime a dozen there.
Fellow up my last review. After the repairs, my hearing aids are not pair with each other. Truhearing made another appt for me. I visited the provider Galco hearing this(3/13/24) afternoon,. The hearing tech told me the appt is for a new hearing aids, not for repairs and he was not able to do it today and made another appt for me to get my hearing aid fixed. I need to drive 18 minutes and do another visit That is the kind of services you get from truhearing. They are careless or did it on purpose so they can get an appt for repairs. They take advantage of my health insurance-devoted as all the hearing aids visits is covered and paid by devoted. so they do not need to spend a penny for warranty services.
