Review Time
My Sigma Pro simply would not turn on so I immediately contacted Trusti Metrix by email on 6 February at 19:03. At 20:17, I received a phone call apologising for the delay (less than an hour), acknowledging my email and reassuring me on what they would do. At 21:14, I received an email asking me to try various things.On 7 February (Friday) at 18:35, I completed all the tasks but to no avail. At 18:59, they confirmed that I would need to send my Sigma back to them and that they would send a replacement out on Monday for me to receive Tuesday.I did, indeed, receive the replacement Sigma on Tuesday even before I had a chance to return my faulty Sigma. They are also refunding my postage costs.I'm not sure I have ever had such responsive after sales service from any company and they exceeded my expectations.Anyone in the UK thinking about buying a Sigma should buy from Trusti Metrix and not directly with Sigma (as I was originally considering). There is no way Sigma in the US could have provided a replacement Sigma so quickly.
I purchased a product from Trusti Metrix on 20/12/24. By the afternoon of that day I was contacted on the phone by James who politely introduced himself and advised that my order was being sent by RM, next day, special delivery. This was very reasurring as I was worried that i may not be available to receive it or there'd be a delay due to royal mail Christmas shut down. I needn't of worried. It arrived next day, on my birthday 😀 which was an added bonus. It was well packaged and within stated time. I later realised I'd made a mistake, paying with the wrong card. James at Trusti Metrix was very patient and understanding and quickly worked to offer a solution I was happy with. He also answered questions i emailed regarding the unit fairly quickly. The customer service received is second to none, as is the aftersales service. I've no doubt if I need to contact Trusti Metrix regarding my purchase they will continue to provide first class support for any queries or issues I may have in the future. Best of luck to James, Nick and all the team at Trusti Metrix.
Amazing aftersales support . Great value and great customer focus. Very helpful indeed. I cant recommend this company enough. The Machines are varied and suit individual customers requirements, Trusti Metrix ensure the customer gets the best suited PMV tool. Its a big investment, but so worthwhile. 10/10 doesn't really represent how far this company goes to ensure aftersales care. I had some issues and the mini pro and it did not suit my needs so Trusti metrix ensured I got the best advice and I ordered the Investor model which was ideal for my set up. Suits my needs perfectly. So reliable and linking usb-c to a PC to test is such a perfect set up for me. If you're a pro tester of PMs this company is for you. If you're a hobbyist PMV user this company is also for you. SIGMA Metalytics is a tip top manufacturer and Trusti Metrix is a Professional distributor that ensures great communications with both the Manufacturer and the end clients. Very rare these days! Honestly cant say enough good things about this distributor!
