I’ve ordered 5+ orders in the past and whilst their tees take around 6 weeks to deliver that is understandable as they are made to order. In the past I’ve had good customer experiences and support has been prompt when things when wrong.
Things have clearly changed in the last few months - as echo’s by other reviewers. I placed an order for ten tees during their Black Friday sale at the end of November. Despite 3 promised shipping dates all have been missed and my order has now been unfulfilled for 3 months. My last 3 chaser emails over the last 3 weeks have gone unanswered, and they do not respond to their Facebook messenger or their unstaffed ‘24/7 chat’ or their phone number (which apparently operates for 3 hours a day 5 days a week).
All the signs suggest this is now a company in financial crisis with operational issues. I will not be giving HoodieLab any more of my money, and given my unanswered support I will be filing a reverse charge with my bank to reclaim my costs. I’d encourage other potential customers to beware and to consider getting their money out incase the company folds. Such a shame for a company with such a good physical product in the past.
This company is a scam!
Made an order and never received it. Waited a while, they kept delaying the shipping date and eventually completely stopped responding to me. Luckily raised a dispute with my bank and got the money back.
There’s no option to select zero stars, so I’m stuck with one. I placed my order on October 28, 2025, and now it’s December 16, 2025, with no shipment in sight. They refuse to refund my money and keep insisting that it’s 'preparing for shipment.' I’ve tried multiple times to cancel the order and get my money back. If you want to lose money, definitely go with this service.

I’ve made several purchases, including around 50 shirts and 10 hoodies. Unfortunately, the quality has dropped sharply, and some items feel cheap. The shirts vary in quality, and the hoodies seem to come from different suppliers, leading to inconsistency. Additionally, their persistent claims of 70% off on their site are misleading.
There’s a wide variety of products. However, the waiting time prevents me from giving a full five stars. I understand the T-shirts are custom made, but I had to leave for six weeks abroad before I could check them upon arrival, which was frustrating.

I emailed them over ten times, and they promised a refund, but I have yet to receive it. Whenever I try to reach out, they ignore my emails. Avoid ordering from this company to prevent a bad experience.
I’m writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service regarding a recent order. My experience has been disappointing for several reasons. The delivery was delayed by five weeks beyond the promised timeframe, which was unacceptable and caused significant inconvenience. Clear and reliable delivery timelines are crucial for any customer, and this experience has severely impacted my trust. I requested a refund for the shipping charges due to the delay. Although I was told my refund was approved, I have not received confirmation of its processing. I have sent eleven emails on this matter, five of which remain unanswered. The lack of timely communication from the customer service team is concerning and reflects poorly on the company’s commitment to its customers. Based on my experience, I would advise caution when considering this company, and I will not be using their services again.
