After experiencing a business class flight payment issue involving KLM using Trustly I have only praise to give them. While KLM offered me zero help in getting the refund sorted and even denied the problem, Trustly's customer service team pushed on my behalf to get it. It took 37 days but without Trustly that wasn't happening at all.

Used to buy from alibaba.com. Alibaba contact informed me that the payment timed out and failed, however the amount was taken from my account. They have no phone number, no email only this contact form. Sent in proof of payment still waiting for a refund from trustly. Bad service. Do not use.Update:So trustly managed to update this review before they send me a response email. I have already sent them the documentation and proof of payment.
