This company is completely deceptive. My order never showed up. The emails seemed authentic, but the tracking number provided was fake. I lost less than £20, but be cautious as they might take your money without any further communication after sending the misleading tracking code. Steer clear!

It seems the company may respond asking for more details to improve their service, but I suggest they start by replying to emails and honoring refunds, as I am completely dissatisfied. To anyone reading this, I advise steering clear of this online scam. The lack of a physical address or contact number is a major red flag.
I have just verified that the later and less expensive order has been received (thank you). However, the previous larger order has not yet been refunded. I will pause my claim for 7 days to see if the service processes this refund too. Additionally, I have requested the Returns Address multiple times so I can return the damaged items. The timeline starts now...22nd December.

I bought the silicone desiccant bags – color-changing mineral moisture absorber and was let down. The advertisement was persuasive, featuring what seemed to be a much larger 1kg bag. However, I received small 100g bags that did not match the advertised quality and were certainly not worth the price. Additionally, the delivery took a long time. I received a wireless audio speaker that I ordered, but it’s entirely useless since the audio is in a language I don't understand. Please avoid this seller; they are clearly scammers. I doubt there's a way to change the language settings, and I can't read it, so it's completely worthless.
