BUYER BEWARE

BUYER BEWARE - 1) This does not work like they say. You wind it up and let it go. It spins hard for about 5 seconds after that it is spinning so slow there is no effect. 2) When contacted for a refund IAW their policy they (James) send an automated response immediately saying they will get back to you in 1-2 days. They do not. 3) When I filed a dispute with AMEX they claimed that I never complained/asked for a refund.

Torque Ball Return/Refund problems

I ordered a torque ball on 11/24/2025 for $94.94, order # 95799. It was delivered on Dec 20th, 2025. I was unable to use it due to size, arthritis and dupytrens contracture. I notified customer service via their website of my request to return it and get a refund on 12/20/2025. No one got back to me. I notified them again on 12/29/25 with no response. I called them on Jan 6, 2026, received a text message, did the requested tutorial and sent a video of me using it. I did get an email response which requested another video. I sent the second video with no response. I emailed them again 1/15/2026 with no response. I am concerned that this is a scam. I would like to return it and obtain a refund.

Product too difficult to use for seniors with arthritis.

Company unresponsive to refund requests and return instructions. Going on two months with no relief. Looks like I'm out $134. (Bought 2) Complaint filed with BBB.

COMPLETE LACK OF COOPERATION FOR A RETURN!!!

I have been trying to return my Torqueball order. I have emailed back and forth with JAMES COLE who provided me with this instruction:“When the order arrives, you can use the included RETURN LABEL to send the package back for a full refund.”They did NOT include a RETURN LABEL in the package with my order. I'm beginning to think that they left it out intentionally.That was on 12/11/2025. I have since emailed 3X. Still no response. I'm now pretty certain they are scamming me.

Added another item and wouldn't let me cancel or return

When I ordered they added another item I didn't want. I responded immediately telling them to not to ship the product. They said it already shipped. It didn't arrive for weeks. I've tried to return both items and I can't find how to return them. I've emailed which they responded to until I asked to return...then there was no reply. They are a terrible company.
