Purchased a worthless item and lost money

I bought two devices and they are useless. It's a total scam. My order took nearly two months to arrive, and the apps they claim work for free require registration with all your information, as if you didn’t have this worthless device. It's a complete lie, and I can't fathom how this dishonest company remains in business. I do not recommend this product at all.

SCAM, DO NOT PURCHASE

SCAM, DO NOT PURCHASE. I bought a TV stick that arrived from overseas after about four weeks. The remote wouldn’t pair with the stick, rendering it useless. After numerous emails and calls, they sent another one with the same issue. I requested a refund, but instead they offered a 25% refund to avoid the hassle. They hide behind their terms and conditions, which state you must return within 30 days of ordering, making it difficult when delivery takes nearly 28 days. AVOID THIS SCAM.

this is a scam, there is no refund because you cannot get an address to return, I paid thru paypal and sent in a dispute and will get my refund this way, this item does not work as described and you should not deal with this company for your own good

They charged me for 4 sticks instead of…

They charged me for 4 sticks instead of one. I noticed within 5 mins and immediately requested a full refund. They told me it had already been packaged up and left the warehouse.They have refused a refund until I receive the products and try them first. Appalling customer service and clearly some kind of scam.
