If I could give no stars, I would. I was eager to try the product, but everything changed once it was shipped. It was held at my local post office due to unpaid postage, forcing me to pay $15 to retrieve my package. The staff mentioned that this issue has been occurring frequently, as companies print shipping labels without actually paying for shipping.
Urgent warning to others not to order from this site. This company is fraudulent; I requested a refund and received a message stating they canceled my subscription, which I never signed up for, yet they still charged my card. I have emailed them again with no response.
Terrible service – avoid at all costs. I bought a product on a special offer as a one-time payment, but my card was used without my permission to place another order at full price via a subscription I never consented to. To make matters worse, I never received the goods. I have sent multiple emails requesting either a refund or delivery, but have received no response at all. This is unacceptable customer service, and I strongly advise against this company.
The product is ineffective. It tastes good, but cancelling the subscription is extremely difficult! I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company! I haven't received any contact from customer service in a week, which can only be reached via email. PLEASE AVOID THIS PRODUCT AND COMPANY!
I ordered a three-month supply and received it, but less than a month later, I was charged $45 for an order I didn’t authorize. The contact number is invalid, and my emails have been ignored. They offered a discount on future purchases, but I disputed the charge with my bank, and they claimed I was causing charges to their small business. I’m furious and disgusted.
I did receive my order promptly. However, I never signed up for a subscription, and they attempted to charge me $43.30 this month. I've learned to use a cash card for these online orders, so they couldn’t take any money. This is why people hesitate to order from certain sites. Total scammers!
This is a scam! They make it nearly impossible to cancel once you start and will keep charging your card despite repeated cancellation requests. They claim that returns and refunds are easy, but if you attempt to return or refund even an unopened package, they simply ignore your requests until the return window closes. THIS IS A TERRIBLE SCAM!
