It arrived very quickly!
It was exactly what i expected.
-I wish I could have a wall- mounted holder, especially for my GHDGolds….
-I would have welcomed a little instruction sheet, on how to achieve professional- looking hair waves with the tongs.
So I am just doing it by trial and error.
The machines have a great aesthetic, particularly the limited edition models! HOWEVER, it only lasted 2 years for a hair straightener that was quite expensive. I considered it an investment, but it didn't hold up despite my careful usage. I don't use it frequently, just occasionally when I need to go out, so this feels like a poor value to me.
After using the previous model for over 20 years, I needed a replacement due to a worn wire. I chose the similar design of the new model, and it was delivered the next day. It's much lighter and includes a shutoff feature, which is a great bonus. Here's to another 20+ years!

Fantastic product, but it's hard to understand why the company chose this logistics partner! The package was left outside in heavy rain all day... it's unbelievable! I wouldn't be as upset if it were a cheap item, but these were a very pricey set of hair straighteners. I wish I could share the photo taken by the delivery driver.

When I reached out to customer service, they informed me that my item was lost in transit and promised a new package, but I still lack tracking information. After another call, I learned that no new order was actually placed, and I could only request a refund or wait longer. The customer service has been disappointing and slow. I recommend avoiding online purchases.
The customer service is incredibly bad! I regret ordering directly. I bought a heavy hair waver and have been trying to return it for two weeks. I didn’t receive a note with my order number and have emailed for help, but keep getting generic replies about the return process without my order ID. They seem to ignore my request or send automated responses. It’s frustrating, and I risk losing over £100 due to their awful service.
