I saw this company advertised and ordered one bag of gummies, which took a while to arrive. While I waited, my card was charged for a subscription I did not authorize. I sent several emails with no response, which is very unprofessional. The product finally arrived poorly packaged and damaged. I’ve contacted my bank to handle this issue. Just a disappointed customer who won’t recommend or order from this company again.
Absolute joke! Do NOT order from this shit company. I ordered a one off packet of gummies and this company thought they could continue taking money and signing me up for a subscription! Ridiculous.. no customer service and emails are a joke. I want a full refund!!!! DO NOT ORDER. Take this joke of a company down!! Trying to unsubscribe was very difficult.
***^AVOID ****I would rate my experience ZERO STARS. SCAMMERS. I purchased and paid for two packets of half price vitamins to last me two months. Then a month later I have been automatically billed £38. A totally separate amount that I did not sign up to. They automatically set you an account up using your email without your knowledge. They hook you in with half price deals and then take more than twice as much out from your account without you realising until you notice the money gone. I have emailed to get my money back as I did not agree to this and had no reply, not even an automatic reply to show acknowledgment of my email. I would have bought more but I won’t be now as this company cannot be trusted. They are using UNETHICAL methods to take payments without peoples agreement. AVOID. RIP OFF COMPANY!! I want a refund I did not request anything to be sent and I am yet to receive anything. I am not returning a package to America if it does show up as it will cost a fortune to send back and I did not order it. I want my money back!!!
Placed order on 8/23/25. Order just delivered today 9/30. However, looking at my bank account, they charged me another $70 on 9/23, and I didn't authorize another order, especially having not received my original order yet. I advised the money was to be returned, and the package delivered today will be returned and refund expected. This company is a joke!!!
Not even worth 1 star. Scammers, goods never delivered and no response to emails. Then they placed another order and charged my card £38 and I didn't place anything else or authorise this payment!! Can't contact support and emails all bounce back
Do Not Order from this company!!You do not receive your goods nor do they refund. An absolute scam !! Then they send you expensive goods you Did not order a d charge you without consent. I was £24 out of pocket to return unwanted goods. Emails are ignored !! this company needs to be stopped!!
Ordered the trial pack once for $46. Never thought I'd be locked into subscription and being charged $70 a month without my permission. Customer service is a joke, and you can tell these are real people replying in email with real responses uncaring that they're locking you into subscription and don't want to give you a refund for unauthorized charges. I thought the gummies were okay but the customer service has genuinely turned me off. No thanks
I attempted to cancel using tryherplus.com, but the website is blocked. I also reached out through luvost.com; while they responded, they still haven’t processed the cancellation. At this point, I’m left with no choice but to cancel my debit and credit cards to prevent any further issues. I plan to do more research on these terrible websites before attempting anything similar in the future. It’s unacceptable that they don’t provide any customer service phone numbers, and this experience has been exceedingly frustrating. 😒😩😠😡
I came across this product on social media. I decided to order this product at the price of 9.95 plus the shipping. I receive the product and took it with me for my gynecological appointment and was told this product was not beneficial to my health and was not approved by the FDA. She advised me to return the product and do not buy items offline claiming to benefit women's reproductive health.I did return the product and was refunded but since then this company has been trying to access my account trying to take money that I have not authorized. They started with trying to run my account for 39.95 then started running my account for 42.75 all without permission. I've sent 10 emails asking them to cancel this subscription although I had not signed up for one. I got a email with a link with no way to cancel the subscription which is fraud as the cancellation should be in plain sight which this one is not. Since the refund I've had my account ran 7 times and has called the phone number associated with this company and left messages at the least of 20 times. 813-279-1822 which is not even a real phone number associated by a real phone company. Google voice is where they got this phone number. This was NOT a good purchase. This company is a SHAM! PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING AT ALL FROM THIS COMPANY. I've been in touch with the BBB and the Tampa Police Department in regards to this so called business. AGAIN PLEASE DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY ACCESS TO YOUR ACCOUNTS WHERE YOU KEEP YOUR HARD EARNED MONEYAS THIS COMPANY IS ALL ABOUT YOUR MONEY AND SELLING YOU TRASH THAT GOES INTO YOUR BODY WITHOUT DATA TO BACK UP WHAT THEY CLAIM. DO NOT BUY INTO THIS LIE.
