I paid over $20 extra for Next Day Air and received my package four days later, too late for my trip. When I reached out to the company, they told me to contact the shipping provider. The provider informed me that the seller needs to file the claim for reimbursement first. I attempted several times to email them, but they closed my case and have not responded to my follow-up emails. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!
I was an affiliate for the company. They repeatedly changed the rules without notifying me, did not honor the increased commission rates for sending more orders, and when it came time for payment, they failed to follow through. I am owed at least $800, and when I inquired about payment, I received a dismissive reply stating it would be paid according to their terms. Since then, all my referrals have been rejected, and it is now two months past their payment terms. The owner has not responded to my emails since I inquired about payment.
